What you should know.
Read all about what you should know before selling your Gold, Jewelry, Watches or Diamonds to any nationally advertised buyer.
How do I ship my jewelry to you?
First, select a shipment method. You may request packing materials and a prepaid USPS shipping label be sent to you, print a prepaid UPS label for your own shipping envelope, or print a label for sending via United States Postal Service. It's your choice! Then, affix the label to the package, place your items and the Submission Form inside your shipping envelope or plastic shipping bag (available at any UPS shipping location or post office), seal it, and send it. If you've chosen UPS, click here to locate your nearest UPS shipping location.
Does it cost me anything to send you my jewelry?
No! All Shipping charges and $250 of insurance is paid by United Jewelry Buyers if we issue the shipping label or send you a Gold Track Kit.
I'm not in a hurry. Can you send me everything I need by mail?
Of course we can. Just select, "Mail me a free United Jewelry Buyers Gold Kit" on the United Jewelry Buyers Get Started form.
What if I'm not ready to send my jewelry right now?
You're under no obligation, if you decide to not send your jewelry right away, your shipping label or Gold Track Kit is valid for 30 days. So feel free to continue searching your home for additional items you would like to sell for cash.
How will I know if United Jewelry Buyers received my package?
Using a login and password that you will select during checkout, you can log into your account at any time. There, you'll see status updates relating to your package, as well as any tracking numbers.
Can I send my gold by mail or another carrier?
If you choose not to use one of our prepaid shipping methods, please send your items to our order processing center:

How will I be paid?
You will be paid by Company Check. Other forms of payment can be arranged. Please contact us for additional information.
Can I find out how much I'm going to be paid before you pay me?
Yes, United Jewelry Buyers created United Jewelry Buyers so you can see your settlement in advance. We'll contact you by email or telephone to let you know your settlement is ready. You have 24 hours to log onto United Jewelry Buyers and see your settlement.
Our policy is to issue payments within 24 hours of processing so if we don't hear from you, after 24 hours we will process your payment.
What if I'm unable to access the internet? Will I still get paid within 24 hours?
Yes. Our policy is to issue payment according to the payment method you selected within 24 hours of processing.
What if I'm unhappy with the amount of my settlement?
Notify us within 10 days of the date printed on the check via Email or by phone at 866-200-8481. You must return the un-cashed check within 5 days. United Jewelry Buyers will ship your items back to you via the shipping method of our choice.
Disclaimer: All items paid for will be held for 10 days from date of payment sent, if client requests transaction to be canceled UJB should be notified payment returned within those ten days. Any items not claimed will be subject to sale or disposal.
